Equipment set-up and take-down

Do you know which weeks you're expected to help with the equipment? 
Go to the Members only section, under Links to Resources.
Click on the link to the roster. 

Each member of the choir is expected to help out for 2 weeks a year.  That's only 2 Mondays.

If you know you'll be away on those dates, switch with someone. If you can't be there early to set up, then plan to stay late to put things away. Talk to the other people who are scheduled to help during your weeks and make a plan for who's coming in early and who's staying late. If you have any questions, ask someone on the executive.
